Before any information is shared, your Account Manager can sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to guarantee that we will not share any confidential company information outside of our organization. If you provide us with your own formulation for support, we will ensure that the ownership of the formulation remains with you.
We are flexible and always prioritize the needs of our clients. We are committed to accommodating your specific requirements, including maintaining ownership and control of all intellectual property. Our team is ready to follow your technical expertise or offer guidance based on our expertise in the field. Additionally, if your expertise lies in marketing rather than formulation, we are happy to work with you to achieve your desired outcome.
Please note that in cases where the project is co-funded by Nutrive Labs, the ownership of the formulation may be restricted to a specific country.
